Periodic Blasting beginning 11/11/08 at 2:00 pm at Swiss Loop moving East to Walking Road. No 2 way radios and cell phones in blast areas. Traffic will be stopped in both directions on Hwy 19 during blasting operations for up to 20 mins. |
